Limited food options in the restaurant could be improved!!! Cleanliness inconsistencies could deter guests!!! Parking availability needs consideration to ease guest arrivals!!! Communication about booked activities should be clearer!!!

Very nice activities amidst fine snow

Spending my days sledding down hills and meeting Santa was pure joy! The staff was attentive and always ready to ensure we had a nice experience.

The restaurant's options were quite limited and at times seemed like a basic cafeteria mood, which didn't do justice to the beautiful setting.

    very nice husky rides
    limited kitchen utensils
    basic dining options

We had a blast stayin at the superior two-bedroom apartment. Loved that it was spacious and warm, with our own sauna and comfy living area. The staff were super friendly. The husky rides were nahthin short of very nice, and we had fun sledding down hills with our guide. The zoo nearby was cool.

the restaurant options were pretty basic and overpriced and the kitchen utensils were a bit limited, making cooking slightly annoying.

    cozy atmosphere
    outdoor activities
    limited kitchen utensils

The location is perfect for outdoor activities like a hike in nature and a nighttime swim trip. The wildlife park nearby is great fun, and we loved the cozy atmosphere. The activities, like the Husky tour, were lovely!

One downside was the limited kitchen utensils available, made meal prep a bit challenging. We missed more basic tools like a grater and sieve , though we managed.

We stayed in the Superior Two-Bedroom Apartment. It was super cozy with private saunas in both rooms, which was like a real treat after being outside. The kitchen had everything we needed too. The beds were comfortable, even though they were singles pushed together. We loved using the fireplace. It added such a nice vibe. Only downside was we had to wash our own dishes after meals, which wasn't ideal.
